About the Practice Space
In this moment of increasing pressure to disconnect from ourselves and each other, we have the power choose where we place our attention.
In a world often dominated by fear, control, and division, we can practice making space for courage and connection. We can practice relating to one another, openly, genuinely, transparently, and compassionately even amidst the noise, chaos and uncertainty of this moment.
There is tremendous power when we practice listening deeply with our bodies and when we cultivate space to slow down in order to feel what is coming up. Everyone is resourced when we come together in this way. We can drop in and feel things we’ve been closed off to. We can practice being with our emotions and experiences without avoiding them or shutting down. We can practice holding space for ourselves and others, not from a place of giving advice or trying to fix a problem, but simply listening.
We can choose to be with what is here, and together risk connection instead of isolating, numbing or shutting down.
We can join together to cast new possibilities, offering our presence, attention, and care amidst difficult times, this is the intention for this space.

Who is this space for?
The Practice Space is for visionary leaders and changemakers who hold a lot of space for others and acknowledge the need to be held themselves. This is a space for trailblazers, thought leaders, educators, facilitators, caregivers, community builders, connectors - anyone interested in showing up as their true selves, and becoming the kind of leader the world needs now.
People at all levels of experience, from seasoned practitioners to newly interested are welcome; we all enrich the space. The skills gained and practiced support our individual paths while affirming our inherent interconnectedness. In this space, we aspire for genuine connection and healing through mutual care.
What will a Practice look like?
Practice sessions are held online via Zoom (90-minutes, bi-weekly)
They are unrecorded to maintain intimacy and confidentiality
Each practice will include space for guided meditation, a short embodiment practice, and embodied reflections
A tender space, for tender times
I am here to guide and support this space in a gentle, compassionate, and trauma-informed way. In each session we practice co-creating a deepening sense of safety in our bodies and in the group, as we share ourselves and witness each other. We co-create an experience of connection and co- and self-regulation as we host whatever emotions or experiences we are showing up with.
I trust in the power of the practice to support us in showing up as we are, be it tired and unfocused, messy and raw, or full of doubts, worries and fears. We host wholeness here!
This is a collective experience designed to enrich our capacities for embodied presence, self-awareness, and transparent communication. Through facilitated reflections and conversations we practice resourcing and reconnecting with our inner wise self while cultivating space for personal and relational transformation.
Please note: this is a practice group offered for personal and relational growth and development. It is not intended as a personal or group therapy space.
