Def: Restoring to wholeness;
healing, restoration, and repair (physical, mental, and spiritual);
the new flesh that grows at the wounded spot.
These are challenging times of change. Across the globe, many are re-writing the story of how we work and live, so we can meet the transformation the world is calling for on every level.
Exhaustion is no longer a badge of honour; nor is “going it alone.”
At Arukah Leadership, we serve the leaders who understand this. We know that doing the inner work to change our relationship to our leadership and to each other is among the most visionary, and most courageous work we can do, and we know we can’t do it alone.
But we are good at forging ahead, functioning, using minimal support and being wildly effective anyway. We even resist support; we hardly know what to do with it when it arrives.
We rarely see how much we are missing…until the symptoms of burnout and exhaustion start knocking at the door.
Isolation is over. A new world of work is emerging.
As a culture and as individuals, it’s time to more deeply restore connection between our inner and outer lives. To restore connection with our bodies, our breath, our natural rhythm.
It’s time to resource and connect ourselves more deeply than we ever thought possible, so we can support the big changes the world needs now.
At Arukah Leadership, we actively accompany those that lead, create and serve to build their capacity to support and be supported; so they can make a bigger impact while living abundantly well-nourished lives.
New leadership is needed for new times, but it will not come from finding more wily ways to manipulate the external world. It will come as we who serve and teach and lead find the courage to take an inner journey toward both our shadows and our light - a journey that, faithfully pursued, will take us beyond ourselves to become healers of a wounded world.

Our work is:
Artful
We are all artists here to create beauty in the broken. To disrupt the status quo. To offer revolutionary perspectives. To expand imaginations. To live into the regenerative future we hope is possible.
Our innovative programs and retreats support you to ignite your heart’s work, speak your aligned truth, and offer your unique brilliance and medicine which is so deeply needed.
Relational
Living in this time of intense polarization, we need to become more skillful in how we relate across rupture towards repair. As we connect, we nurture our relationships of care for ourselves, others, and the world. We learn to hold space for wholeness and brave conversations, while accompanying each other more intentionally and intimately through healing and change.
Embodied
We speak the language of feelings, senses, and emotions. We re-learn how to listen to our body’s wisdom and restore our connection to our natural rhythms and inherent intuition through grounding, meditation and movement. We reconnect our bodies to our work and lives. We remember and model our innate capacity to lead from within.
This inner work is our individual work and our collective calling, and it aligns us with the radical change taking place all over the planet.

Arukah Leadership Founder
Erin Wolfson
Hi! I’m Erin (she/her). I’m a facilitator, educator, and restorative leadership mentor, coach, and guide. I offer in-depth coaching, retreats, and learning experiences to support and fuel authentic dialogue, connection, and relational transformation. My work speaks deeply to such as themes as navigating change and transition, feminine leadership, healing-centered leadership, work and rest rhythms, and transparent communication.
Perhaps most importantly to me, I am a writer, a poet, a creator, and a mom.
I know that transformative leadership begins as an inside job, and I’m grateful every day to accompany amazing people to do that work in dialogue and community with me, using the powerful teachings and tools cultivated from over 20 years of practice and study. Central to my work is a deep commitment to creating brave spaces for deep authentic listening, meeting and healing trauma within us and our cultures, and understanding what humans need to expand our power and truly thrive.
